PRESS RELEASE
CHARBONE Confirms New UHP Hydrogen Orders and its First UHP Oxygen Order in the United States
Brossard, Quebec, February 25, 2026 – CHARBONE CORPORATION (TSXV: CH; OTCQB: CHHYF; FSE: K47) (“CHARBONE” or the “Company”), a North American producer and distributor specializing in clean Ultra High Purity (“UHP”) hydrogen and strategic industrial gases, is pleased to announce that, further to its press release dated January 14, 2026, the Company has secured additional orders from an existing U.S. customer based in New York State.
The customer has placed new orders for clean UHP hydrogen, produced and distributed by CHARBONE, and placed its first order for UHP oxygen. While CHARBONE’s production activities remain focused on clean UHP hydrogen, the Company delivers also complementary industrial gases like oxygen, helium, and other specialty gases to support customer requirements.
Strengthening customer relationships in a strategic market: New York State
Following the announcement on January 14, 2026, regarding an initial order for clean UHP hydrogen from a US customer located in New York State, CHARBONE indicates that this customer is continuing its collaboration with CHARBONE. The new order for CHARBONE’s UHP hydrogen, combined with an initial order for UHP oxygen, represents a further step in CHARBONE’s commercial deployment in the United States, a strategic market for future growth.
Diversification of UHP offerings: hydrogen and oxygen
CHARBONE considers the addition of an order for UHP oxygen to its order book, alongside UHP hydrogen, to be an important milestone in its roadmap: developing a multi-molecule platform of UHP industrial gases, aligned with the needs of advanced technology and industrial sectors, particularly in the American “Tech Valley”.
“These new orders, now including distribution and delivery of UHP oxygen, confirm not only that the relationship with our existing customer in New York State is strengthening, but also the relevance of our strategy to diversify into UHP industrial gases,” said Dave Gagnon, CHARBONE’s Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board. “Our objective is clear: to offer reliable supply and first-class purity standards in order to meet the highest demands of the technology and industrial markets in North America.”

PRESS RELEASE
CHARBONE Announces its First Hydrogen Supply Hub in the Ontario Market
Brossard, Quebec, February 4, 2026 – CHARBONE CORPORATION (TSXV: CH; OTCQB: CHHYF; FSE: K47) (“CHARBONE” or the “Company”), a North American producer and distributor specializing in clean Ultra High Purity (“UHP”) hydrogen and strategic industrial gases, is pleased to announce the development of its first Charbone Hydrogen Supply Hub in the Ontario market, marking a key milestone in the Company’s Canadian expansion strategy.
The Charbone Hydrogen Supply Hub will serve as a dedicated physical storage and local distribution facility, designed to support reliable, on-demand hydrogen supply to industrial, advanced-manufacturing, and mobility customers across Southern Ontario.
Importantly, CHARBONE will use its already existing physical infrastructure for the Hub, including its own hydrogen storage tube assets, and other components, enabling the Company to:
Secure local inventory and buffer capacity
Control logistics, safety, and high-quality standards
Reduce dependency on third-party logistics and storage
Improve supply reliability and response times for customers
This hub-and-spoke model will be another cornerstone of CHARBONE’s strategy to build a scalable network of Hydrogen Production and Supply Hubs across Canada and the United States, supporting the regional markets with regional localized storage, logistics, and distribution.
“This first Charbone Hydrogen Supply Hub in Ontario represents a strategic step forward for CHARBONE,” said Dave Gagnon, CHARBONE’s Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board. “By investing directly in physical storage assets, we are reinforcing our commitment to local operational control, supply security, and long-term value creation in key industrial markets.”
The Ontario hub is expected to support multiple type of customers and dedicated customer supply programs, with different delivery formats, including tube trailers and micro-bulk solutions. The Ontario will be designed to accommodate future storage and production capacity expansions as market demand grows.
CHARBONE views Ontario as a priority market due to its concentration of industrial users, mobility initiatives, and advanced-manufacturing ecosystems, and expects the Hydrogen Supply Hub to play a foundational role in the Company’s broader North American hydrogen logistics platform.
Momentum Public Relations Inc. Appointment
CHARBONE has engaged Momentum Public Relations Inc. (“Momentum”), to provide services in relation to investor and public relations strategies. The services will mainly be represented by Mr. Maxence Gagné-Godbout who is acting at arm’s length to the Company. Under the terms of the agreement, Momentum will receive a fee of $10,000 per month. PRESS RELEASE
CHARBONE Announces Hydrogen Sales in Ontario to Support Fuel Cell Generator Operations for the Film Industry
Brossard, Quebec, January 22, 2026 – CHARBONE CORPORATION (TSXV: CH; OTCQB: CHHYF; FSE: K47) (“CHARBONE” or the “Company”), a North American producer and distributor specializing in clean Ultra High Purity (“UHP”) hydrogen and strategic industrial gases, is pleased to announce the sale of clean UHP hydrogen in Ontario to a specialized contractor serving the film and entertainment production industry, enabling the operation of hydrogen fuel cell generators used on movie and television production sites.
Hydrogen for Clean On-Set Power Generation in Ontario

The hydrogen supply will be supported through CHARBONE’s distribution capabilities and delivery logistics, ensuring safe and reliable service to meet the operational needs of professional production crews working under strict scheduling requirements.
A Strategic Step Toward Practical Hydrogen Adoption
This first Ontario sale into the film-related power segment reflects CHARBONE’s broader strategy to expand hydrogen commercialization beyond traditional industrial uses and into real-world mobile and temporary power applications, where fuel cells offer strong advantages in performance, sustainability, and operating conditions.
CEO Comment
“Hydrogen is no longer a concept—it’s becoming an operational solution,” said Dave Gagnon, CHARBONE’s Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board. “We are proud to support a specialized contractor in Ontario enabling fuel cell generator operations for the film industry. This is a strong example of how clean UHP hydrogen can deliver real value today—quiet, reliable, and low-emission energy, where and when it matters.”
While CHARBONE is not disclosing the volume, duration, or financial terms of this commercial arrangement in order to maintain its competitive position, revenues generated by the Company’s production, distribution, and service activities are presented on a consolidated basis in its quarterly financial statements.

PRESS RELEASE
CHARBONE Secures its First Order for Clean UHP Hydrogen from a US Customer in NY State
Brossard, Quebec, January 14, 2026 – CHARBONE CORPORATION (TSXV: CH; OTCQB: CHHYF; FSE: K47) (“CHARBONE” or the “Company”), a North American producer and distributor specializing in clean Ultra High Purity (“UHP”) hydrogen and strategic industrial gases, is pleased to announce that it has secured its first order for clean UHP hydrogen from a customer based in New York State, USA. This customer is part of a major Japanese industrial conglomerate, representing a significant strategic breakthrough for CHARBONE in the US market.
First order of clean UHP hydrogen in the American Tech Valley
As part of its commercial rollout in the United States, CHARBONE confirms it has received a firm order for clean UHP hydrogen from a customer located in New York State, at the heart of a leading technology corridor often referred to as America’s Tech Valley. This order marks a key milestone in the cross-border commercialization of CHARBONE’s production and confirms the US market’s interest in a reliable supply of UHP hydrogen.
The order will be fulfilled using the Company’s existing production capacity and is part of a broader strategy to establish long-term business relationships with world-class industrial and technology clients.
A major commercial breakthrough in the United States
Securing this first US order is a concrete validation of CHARBONE’s value proposition and an important stepping stone for its expansion in the United States. Given the limited supply of clean UHP hydrogen in the North American market and the growing demand observed in advanced technology and industrial sectors, CHARBONE is not disclosing the volume, duration, or financial terms of this order in order to maintain its competitive position. Revenues generated by the Company’s production, distribution, and service activities are presented on a consolidated basis in its quarterly financial statements.
“Securing this first order for clean UHP hydrogen in the United States is a pivotal moment for CHARBONE,” said Dave Gagnon, CHARBONE’s Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board. “Being selected by a client affiliated with a major Japanese conglomerate in New York State confirms the credibility of our platform, the quality of our UHP hydrogen, and our ability to meet the demands of the technology markets in North America.”

Brossard, Quebec, December 22, 2025 – CHARBONE CORPORATION (TSXV: CH; OTCQB: CHHYF; FSE: K47) (“CHARBONE” or the “Company”), a North American producer and distributor specializing in clean Ultra High Purity (“UHP”) hydrogen and strategic industrial gases, is pleased to announce the successful delivery of the first load of clean UHP hydrogen to an independent distributor based in Ontario, marking the official start of revenue generation for its production division.
First delivery of clean UHP hydrogen to an independent distributor customer in Ontario
As part of its commercial launch, CHARBONE announces its very first delivery of clean UHP hydrogen produced in Sorel-Tracy, for its independent distribution partner located in Ontario. This initial shipment confirms the Company’s ability to efficiently supply markets outside Quebec from the outset.
This contract marks the beginning of a new phase of commercial growth for CHARBONE, which plans to gradually expand its distribution network and strengthen its presence in the main industrial corridors of Eastern Canada and the American Midwest. Given limited access to consistent and reliable clean UHP hydrogen supply in the North American market and strong demand for the Company’s product, CHARBONE does not disclose purchase order volumes or pricing in order to preserve its competitive position. Revenues from CHARBONE’s production, distribution, and advisory businesses are reported quarterly on a consolidated basis.
“We are extremely proud to begin delivering locally produced clean UHP hydrogen to our first customer today,” said Dave Gagnon, CHARBONE’s Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board. “This is another major milestone for CHARBONE, and also for the clean UHP hydrogen industry in North America.”
